Blue Honey Bistro owners to open East Memphis restaurant

Blue Honey Bistro owners Drew and Courtney Bryan will be opening a second restaurant in early 2027.
Named “The Clark,” the new restaurant will be located in Clark Tower, 5100 Poplar Ave.
“We named it after the building because the building is important to the city. It’s iconic,” said Courtney Bryan.
