Tragedy unfolds
Hearts are heavy this week, following a mass shooting at the Kroger on Byhalia Road in Collierville. Photographer Patrick Lantrip was there to chronicle what town officials called the worst event in the history of Collierville.

A business is born in Midtown
The Snkrr Bar has a goal: To bring new life to worn sneakers. Employee Nadia McDaniel is part of the team led by owner Dominique Worthen in the shop at The Gilmore building on Madison Avenue in Midtown.

Protecting cats and other animals
Memphis Zoo is taking steps to protect animals including lions Jamela and Akeelah from contracting coronavirus. Precautions include frequent sanitation and requiring staff to use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Memphis 901 FC brought some cheer as the soccer team defeated Indy Eleven at AutoZone Park.
