Greater Memphis Chamber recruits veterans for manufacturing roles

As manufacturers nationwide work to fill workforce gaps, veterans could play a role in meeting hiring needs. 

Local manufacturers posted an average of 828 jobs per month from June 2025 to this May, according to Lightcast, a company which tracks online job boards and employer career sites.

The Greater Memphis Chamber has made it part of its growth strategy outlined in their strategic plan, Prosper Memphis 2030.
