Homebuilders reject ‘cookie-cutter’ approach to Germantown’s newest neighborhood

Developer Spence Ray has selected 15 homebuilders for the planned Glasgow subdivision at the former Germantown Country Club.

The homebuilders for the 366-lot neighborhood are local and have experience in Germantown and Collierville.

“Each one of these builders has a history of building custom homes in Germantown and Collierville, which we think is important to know and understand what the expectations are,” Ray said. “Not just the outside, the way they look, but the details inside.”
