For the third year in a row, Mowbray and Cherina Row brought back their Mardi Gras in Memphis celebration.

The husband and wife own Fat Tuesday Memphis and Esco Memphis restaurants. 

Mardi Gras, also known as Fat Tuesday, occurs on Tuesday, Feb. 17, this year. Marking the end of Carnival, Mardi Gras is the day before Ash Wednesday, when Lent begins.
