Daily Jigsaw: Office tower sells
A local investor has bought a Midtown office tower, a move which also signals a national real estate firm’s departure from the market.
YH TN Brownsville LLC, a private investment company, bought the 55,356-square-foot building at 2714 Union Ave. Extended from Coastal Partners LLC for $5.5 million.
Dan Butler and Derek Guivehchi are partners in the local company.
“They got a really good building,” Coastal Partners CEO Brett Baumgarten said. “Everything’s been updated and they have a good tenant roster.”
