Daily Jigsaw: 901 weekend kickoff
In honor of the city’s unofficial holiday, 901 Day, the City of Memphis is hosting events on Friday, Aug. 28, and on Sunday, Aug. 31.
The 901 Weekend Kickoff coincided with South Main Trolley Night.
For the kickoff, events were set to include a creative mixer at the Halloran Centre for the Performing Arts and a Shell on Wheels mobile stage with performances at the National Civil Rights Museum.
