Daily Jigsaw: Rec room for Bodine
The Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen denied an appeal of a Planning Commission decision for Bodine School, allowing them to continue pursuit of a conditional-use permit and a $10 million, 23,000-square-foot expansion.
The vote was unanimous, upholding the Planning Commission recommendation and moving the project to the October Design Review Commission.
Rand and Leslie Bouldin’s southern and eastern property line borders Bodine at 2432 Yester Oaks Drive. They weren’t pleased by the Planning Commission’s decision to endorse the project, so they appealed it to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
