Blackburn sues, Hagerty seeks disbarment of Special Counsel Jack Smith

The lawsuit and disbarment complaint from Tennessee’s two U.S. senators comes the day after Special Counsel Jack Smith testified before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington.
