Mayor Young heckled during State of the City speech

Memphis Mayor Paul Young pushed his way through a speech crammed with goals and initiatives he says are the follow through on the city’s two-year drop in crime. Some in the audience questioned the city’s cooperation with the federal surge of law enforcement.
