Southaven mayor to those who show out at Springfest: ‘We’re going to bust your tail’
Following a disturbance last year that resulted in calls for additional law enforcement and an early closure, Southaven officials plan additional security for the city’s annual Springfest.
Speaking Tuesday, Feb. 4, at a meeting of the city’s Board of Aldermen, Mayor Darren Musselwhite said enhanced security measures will include a larger police presence, gates at access points and fencing around certain attractions like the carnival.
