Shelby County suburbs are flush with sewer projects. Could it open the development floodgates?

While not glamorous in any way whatsoever, major sewer infrastructure projects now and in the near future are set to power billions of dollars of new development in the suburbs of northeast Shelby County.
Bartlett and Lakeland are investing heavily to increase sewer capacity with projects both in the works and on the horizon, while Arlington officials have a massive sewer decision coming up later this year.
