Collierville breaks ground on library’s new $12M chapter

As Collierville’s population continues to accelerate, the need to provide more services at the town’s only library branch has grown as well.
In an effort to address those demands, the town will expand the 25-year-old The Lucius E. and Elsie C. Burch, Jr. Library facility into the 49,500-square-foot structure near Town Hall with a price tag of approximately $12 million.
