Horn Lake board approves second sanitation rate hike in under a year

Horn Lake residents will see their sanitation bills increase for the second time in less than a year starting in April; a move city officials say is necessary because of rising contractor costs.
The Board of Aldermen officially approved the 3% price hike following an executive session during their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 17.
