Suburban Main Street zoning districts proposed

The Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development has published the third draft of its recommended zoning map as part of the Unified Development Code update.
This new draft introduces a new district type and makes several zoning tweaks, including one to the Southeast Memphis industrial submarket.
This draft adds a new Suburban Main Street mixed-use district and makes changes in zoning recommendations for multiple parts of the city.
