FedEx buying more than $300M of electric trucks

FedEx Corp. is buying more than 2,000 electric trucks from a California-based startup in a deal worth more than $300 million, officials announced Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Garden Grove, California-based automotive and industrial manufacturer Harbinger said in a news release that the transaction is “one of the largest binding orders for electric medium or heavy-duty trucks in history.”
