If you have stopped by Buster’s Butcher lately, you may have noticed a familiar face behind the butcher counter.

Charles “Chuck” Hogan, one of the owners of Charlie’s Meat Market, has joined the team at Buster’s, an East Memphis butcher shop.

Buster’s Butcher general manager and head butcher Brad McCarley is thrilled to have Hogan on the team.
