Midtown vet assistant arrested for allegedly breaking a dog’s paw

A veterinary assistant at a Midtown animal clinic has been arrested after he was allegedly caught on camera breaking a dog’s leg, according to court records.

Daniel Badillo has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty, court records show. He was arrested Wednesday, May 6, and released two days later on his own recognizance, jail records show.
