‘I read every last one of them': New Fox13 reporter Rob Sneed on his viral Memphis welcome

Rob Sneed started as a freelance anchor and reporter for Fox13 (WHBQ-TV) on March 11, announcing it on Facebook with a picture of himself at the station.

Then he got a call from a friend.

“Rob, what is going on?” he asked. “What did you do to these people?”

Sneed checked his phone. Six hundred people had commented on his post — and nearly all of them were roasting him.
