Here’s a question for you: what is your opinion of giving gift cards for Christmas?
This year, some of our family added “gift card” to their Christmas lists. When my husband Jim heard about it, he said nonchalantly without looking up from his newsfeed, “Tell them we don’t give gift cards for Christmas.”
Which I would have done, but that would have required me to delete the inadvertently unsent text I wrote earlier in the day that read, “Hey fam! Per your request, I’ve put together a Christmas list, and our two youngest kids would absolutely love a gift card to AMUSE!”
If we’re not giving gift cards, we probably shouldn’t request them, right?
