Long before Memphis football coach Charles Huff captured the attention of Tigers fans with his humor and charisma, he was an undersized player at Hampton University who made his offensive coordinator fear for his job. 

No, not because Huff wanted it. 

Fred Kaiss, now the offensive coordinator for the UFL’s DC Defenders, worried Huff might be the player who would cost him his job.
