Memphis-area UT Martin campus gets first approval

A unique opportunity for students of the University of Tennessee at Martin is in the early stages of Germantown’s approval process.

The suburb’s Planning Commission gave the first approval for UT Martin to open a local campus in Germantown, where it plans to expand its equestrian, veterinary, and agricultural offerings. Classroom space and associated parking at Wildwood Farm were reviewed Tuesday evening. The Design Review Commission and Board of Mayor and Aldermen must still review the plans.
