March home sales in Memphis area were a mixed bag
Shelby County recorded 1,107 home sales, a 9.4% decrease from last March. Fayette County recorded 65 home sales, a 1.5% decrease from last March. And Tipton County had a 12.7% decrease with 69 sales. (The Daily Memphian file)
March total home sales were down almost 10% from last year but up 12.5% from February, according to the Memphis Area Association of Realtors housing-market report.
