Viet Hoa Food Market founder Kim Chung dreamed of opening a large, international market, but she passed away in 2012 before she could make it happen.
Now, her daughter and son-in-law are making her dream a reality.
Monica Pham and Tommy Fan, who own the Viet Hoa on Cleveland Street, are opening an international shopping center in Cordova using the former Life Church space.
