Local restaurateur to open seafood restaurant in former Fancy’s space

Seafood could once again be served in One Beale’s former Fancy’s Fish House space.
Walt & Ricky’s Seafood Kitchen could open as soon as September on the ground floor of The Landing Residences at 1 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., according to a recent exterior improvement grant application filed with the Downtown Memphis Commission’s Center City Development Corp.
