Tigers director of basketball operations Jordan VerHulst had been a member of coach Penny Hardaway’s staff the past four seasons in what was his second stint at Memphis.

The Memphis Tigers athletic department has announced dates and locations for multiple Tigers on Tour stops this summer.

Since Nike EYBL Session 2 came through Memphis on May 16-18, the Memphis Tigers have offered scholarships to at least 12 high school recruits.

The entry of Memphis guard Dante Harris into the NCAA transfer portal does not come as a surprise, after LSU transfer Curtis Givens III agreed to join the coach Penny Hardaway’s program.

It appears coach Penny Hardaway’s Memphis Tigers will again get a shot at beating one of the nation’s top teams before beginning American Athletic Conference play.

Mason Matthews’ signing is the 11th announced by coach Penny Hardaway and the Tigers this offseason.

Memphis and Louisville on Thursday announced a six-year scheduling agreement that will begin Dec. 13, 2025, at Louisville’s KFC Yum! Center.

Coach Alex Simmons’ Memphis Tigers basketball team has signed four players out of the NCAA transfer portal this week.

The Tigers have brought in eight players via the NCAA transfer portal this offseason. Only one is a true big man.

The Tigers will be one of four teams in the 2025 Baha Mar Hoops Bahamas Championship.
