Bloom Bakery & Cafe/Flame Ramen

Bloom, a women-owned bakery and cafe Downtown, has reopened after a several-monthlong hiatus — and this time with a ramen mix.
Bloom and Flame Ramen announced Thursday, April 23, the two would reopen within the same Second Street space Monday, April 27, serving coffee and tea in the first half of the day and ramen in the second.
