Three properties sold in Flicker Street Arts District

Three properties in Midtown’s Flicker Street Arts District have changed hands from one local owner to another.

Flicker Street Properties bought 62 Flicker St., 64 Flicker St. and 70 Flicker St. from Greg Touliatos Living Trust for $975,000.
