Tallest tower in East Memphis for sale

The tallest building in East Memphis is on the market, despite rising occupancy and ongoing investment.
Commercial real estate firm CBRE is marketing Clark Tower, a 653,214-square-foot office tower at 5100 Poplar Ave., as an investment sale opportunity on its website.
The asking price was not disclosed.
John Lamberson and Terry Radford are the listing brokers, but would not comment.
Built in 1973, the 34-story building is one of the tallest in the city. It has a seven-story parking garage with 1,125 spaces.
