Finard Properties is changing its leasing strategy at Poplar Plaza, focusing on “dwell time” as a way to fill the 352,000-square-foot shopping center at Poplar Avenue and Highland Street.

The real estate development and management company’s strategy is to increase the total length of time a customer spends inside one of the oldest shopping centers in the city.
