Mix and Matcha: Ouri expands to two carts with more plans in the works

Cameron Park is a native Memphian, but her matcha journey — and her business — began in Seoul, South Korea, where she was an exchange student for four years on and off.
While there, she became fascinated by the country’s “heavy cafe culture,” specifically matcha, and she began visiting Korean green tea fields, trying different cultivated varieties and making a ton of matcha at home.
“I just fell in love with it,” she said.
