Recipe Exchange: Rawgirls founders’ lentil soup

“Where the Road Gives Up” is a new cookbook from Rawgirls founders Amy and Hannah Pickle.

In it, the couple shares the foods they’ve been cooking on their farm in the Alpujarra region of Spain. 

The couple sold their vegetarian foods and fresh juices business in 2025 and moved to Spain that same year, and the title of the cookbook was inspired by the route to their new home.
