Memphis football coach says quarterbacks no longer stressing about position battle

The Memphis Tigers have two quarterbacks battling for the starting job, and coach Charles Huff noticed Marcus Stokes and Air Noland were a bit wound up during spring practices.
“Sometimes, you’re standing back there as a head coach,” Huff said, “and you’re like, ‘I don’t know which one of you is going to be the starter yet. You guys are so, like ... pressing to be the starter instead of just playing.’”
Memphis opened its preseason camp last Thursday, July 30.
